MISSION STATEMENT

The YEAH Program is a Co-ed youth education program who's primary goal is to create awareness in today’s younger generation on the benefits that exercise and health bring to life, by developing a life-long model for fitness and nutrition in a safe and fun environment.

The YEAH program is a professionally run and developed fitness program, designed to teach kids how to exercise hard, exercise safely, get results, and become fit for life.

YEAH stands for Youth Education on Athletics and Health!

PROGRAM BENEFITS

The foundation of the YEAH Program is based on a multi-lateral approach to training, which helps children develop a variety of fundamental skills and adaptations. Here are a few key benefits of the program which include:

  • Learn how to accelerate, decelerate, and stabilize the body in a variety of movement skills and exercises in all three planes of motion.
  • Development of flexibility, coordination, and balance.
  • Acquisition of skills that are fundamental for success in a variety of individual and team sports.
  • Provide all participants with an opportunity to adequately develop skills at their own pace in a non-competitive environment.
  • Participants will learn the importance of ethics, having fun, and a fit life.
